    We produce a wide range of standard and customer-specific extrusion tools/heads for the manufacture of pipes of different sizes and designs, which may be electrically or liquid-heated.

    Our co-extrusion & multi-layer heads are designed and developed according to rheological factors. What makes them special is that the layers are very evenly distributed – even if different materials are used.

    Our rapid change system for extrusion processes makes it possible to switch between complete extrusion tools rapidly and automatically. The change slider can be fitted to all extrusion systems by means of a simple adapter and used with existing tools – in order to significantly reduce product, material and colour change times!

    Standard types: WS-50, WS-70. Special designs can be produced on request!

    Our new rapid change system for quadruple extrusion (revolver die head) guarantees a uniform melt flow around the entire pipe circumference. It can be used with XENTRO pre-centered extrusion tools as part of a spiral mandrel distributor or die spider design. It can be electrically heated or oil-tempered. An automatically adjustable version is also available.

    Standard types: RVK-50, RVK 70 mm. Special designs can be produced on request!

    Our new rapid change system for quadruple extrusion (revolver die head) guarantees a uniform melt flow around the entire pipe circumference. You will rapidly save on costs when starting up the extruder, produce less waste and no longer have to clean the equipment. As the tool is pre-mounted according to product size, it is not necessary to fit and remove separate mandrels and dies. Mandrel holders are available for use as die spiders or spiral mandrel distributors with narrow or wide flow paths.

    Standard types: 50-150mm in length, flow path diameter: 30-100mm. Special designs can be produced on request!

    We can supply ring-shaped foam dies for the manufacture of polyethylene and polypropylene foam films with 3-zone temperature control, for example, on the outer lip, inner lip and tool carrier. They can be set up as spiral mandrel distributors or mandrel holders and adjusted to open the inner die lip by gap control.

    Standard types: 300, 400 and 450 mm. Special designs can be produced on request!
