    Tool changing system for extrusion processes for fast and automatic changing of complete extrusion tools.

    The changing system is used to significantly reduce product, material and colour change times.

    Our rapid change system for extrusion processes makes it possible to switch between complete extrusion tools rapidly and automatically. The change slider can be fitted to all extrusion systems by means of a simple adapter and used with existing tools – in order to significantly reduce product, material and colour change times!

    Standard types: WS-50, WS-70. Special designs can be produced on request!

    Ring-shaped film extrusion tools for the production of XPE-, XPP-, XPS- or XPET- foam films including 3-zone temperature control for the inner and outer lip and the die carrier.

    Thanks to the patented innovative flex ring technology, targeted, sensitive and precise adjustment of the film thickness is possible.

    The extrusion tools are equipped with a linear adjustment for opening and closing the extrusion gap between the mandrel and the die. The set bending of the flexible lip is not affected.

    Optional film dies are also available with an adjustable, cooled smoothing disc to further reduce wave formation.

    Our coating tools with 1, 2 or more layers can be used for a wide range of tasks, including electrically heated and oil-tempered material feed channels. They can be adapted for use with any extruder.

    Our comprehensive range also includes start-up/stop valves and material diverters.

    Standard sizes: 25, 50, 75 & 100mm diameter. Special designs can be produced on request!
