    Inexco has many years of experience in the production of direct-gassed particle foams.

    The combination of a single or twin screw extruder with a CMX cooling mixer homogenizes and tempers the melt very precisely before pelletizing.

    The result is a particularly high foam quality of the particles with a very low foam density.

    Inexco perforated plates are characterized by a long service life and low wear. A carbide coating on the die plates reduces maintenance costs to a minimum.

    The corresponding cutter heads and pelletizing knives are manufactured according to customer specifications.

    The combination of a single or twin-screw extruder with the unique CMX cooling mixer technology homogenizes and tempers the melt very precisely.

    The result is a particularly uniform foam quality of the film with a very low foam density.

    Thanks to the patented innovative flex ring technology, targeted, sensitive and precise adjustment of the film thickness is possible.

    The extrusion tools are equipped with a linear adjustment for opening and closing the extrusion gap between the mandrel and die.
